I gave a 1 star review on 8-1-21 that I am now changing to a 5 star. Yes we did have problems with our atv. They did contact me on Monday (a day they were even closed) came to our house to get the atv that very day, looked at it and when it was determined that there was a problem they immediately gave me a full refund and were generally concerned for how our son was. Stuff happens, it wasn't the way I wanted the birthday to go but I could not ask for a better company to deal with when something does go wrong and needs to be made right. I do recommend Engelhardt they did right by me and you can trust them to do right by you too.
