First let me say that this was the best buying experience Ive had, thanks to the great staff at Indian Motorcycle of Madison. From the email communications to the in store experience, everything was top notch. I drove/rode about 130 miles and it was all worth it. Great bunch of people to deal with, and had great prices on their motorcycles. Brady my Sales guy was awesome, he was very knowledgeable, and took his time answering all my questions. Even after looking at several motorcycles and asking him to run the numbers on different models, he was patient, transparent and I never once felt rushed or pressured. The whole team was great, Shaw helped me when I first got to the dealership by showing me the differences in the chieftain models and answering any questions I had. Tara had all the paperwork ready and is a big reason I bought a new Indian for about the same price as the used one I originally came in to look at. After finishing all the paperwork with Alissa, my new Indian Chieftain was waiting for me outside with tags, full tank of gas and everything ready to go. Brandon set me up with a great place to eat before I hit the road for the long enjoyable ride back home.
