After the sale customer service sub par
I was very impressed with the amount of customer service i received from the entire team before the sale everyone was super helpful and went out of their way to make sure our experience was great. But after the paperwork was sign and it came time to deliver my machine if i had not been the one prodding to get it i am very positive that i still would have it. then to find out it was delivered without the front and back shield that installed or even in the bed of the machine that was very disappointing. I had to call yet again to see where my parts were at. I was told that it was a busy day due to it being the end of the month. Even though i was asked if i would be ok signing for my machine at the end of the previous month. At the end of it the brought my part that were supposed to be installed to my office for me to install myself. For a company that sell strictly vehicle for please that sure make it hard for me to pass friend and family to them.
