I only had email contact with Dennis at first. I decided to come in and buy an ATV after the info he gave me. We came in when he had another client . He was thoughtful working between the 2 of us. Everything Dennis did for us was good. We are seasoned ATV owners so we did not need much help in picking one out. This has nothing to do with Dennis. I would like to see Engelhardt give us ALL the costs up front like the $200 fee for paperwork. That was a shock. I also think the freight and set up should be added in to the price so the consumer sees it right away. We all end up paying it regardless, so add it in and make a clear remark that there will be no more add on other then tax. Our $7149 ATV really cost $8349 before tax. (Employee: DENNIS JONES)
