Brady is great as always as this is the 3rd bike we have purchased from him.
As for service and their awful pricing... We will never have our bikes serviced due to extreme pricing. $300 to change a tire seriously??? We will go to a local certified shop and pay $60 and receive excellent service! (Employee: BRADY HINKLE)

Thank you for your continued support of our business, much appreciated. I am sorry you are frustrated with our labor rate. $300 would have been for 2 tires replaced, in that flat rate we also have a certified platinum Indian tech do a general inspection with road test.
