I went into Engelhart after looking online and seeing a few use bikes I wanted to check out. I wasn't really familiar with where the used bikes were stored so I ended up in the Indian showroom. Rob was extremely helpful and walked with me over to the used showroom. He showed me the bike I was looking at online and told me he owned the exact one. He helped me through a few decisions and eventually I settled on a slightly different bike because of the saddlebags, windshield, and a few other touring options. Rob was very knowledgable throughout the process, answering all the questions I had. When I came back to pick the bike up, he went over the bike with me and showed me everything I needed to know. He also made a follow up phone call a few days later to make sure everything was going well which was appreciated.
