I have purchased 5 bikes here, my girlfriend a Burgman 400, my Dad a UTV and I get my parts here. I like the staff, the atmosphere and the fact that I've been coming here since 1985. Yes, maybe you can get parts a bit cheaper online (although not as often as you probably think!) but you come here for the service. The guys at the parts counter make sure you get the right parts, that you aren't buying more than you need and can get your parts amazingly fast. There are so many products out there, some of them complete crap. The expertise that these guys have is invaluable. Engelhart is my store. Period.
