Colin was pretty great. I had done a lot of research and came in knowing what I wanted. He helped me and everything went smoothly. The only thing I would say is that I think it couldve been better communicated that before picking up the bike that the service department has to look it over or do whatever it is they do first as I didnt have a way to transfer the bike home right away and had to come back.
