I came in with a few used bikes of theirs in mind. My contact initially with Nick, however he was out when I physically went to the show room. Tym was there and showed me around. Great dude, very knowledgeable, and there was ZERO pressure. I felt very comfortable leaving there with my choices after talking with him. When it came time to buy, Nick finalized everything with me and was a blast. Very laid back and knowledgeable too. I never once felt like I couldnt walk away if I wanted to.
